Aibina Jankly, M.S., LMFT

Aibina Jankly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 111464) in California. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from CSUN.

Over the years, Aibina Jankly has worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families. Her approach to psychotherapy is to provide a safe space that is empathic, genuine, and collaborative which leads to growth and a fulfilling life. She believes there are moments when problems exist, and we all may struggle at times to manage the difficulties. She also believes that every individual has strengths to overcome obstacles. Her role, as your therapist, is to walk alongside you on your journey of growth and help you discover your inner strengths and power to live a harmonious and fulfilling life.

Aibina Jankly is a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapist (IPT). She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

She has specialized training utilizing Evidence-Based Practices that were developed to ensure strength-based and imperial interventions and treatment. These include, but are not limited to, CBT and IPT. These practices are targeting depression, anxiety, postpartum depression and anxiety, grief and loss, life transition, chronic pain, relationship issues, codependency, trauma & PTSD, immigration, and many others.
